Exchange and Refund Policy

 

At Império B, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience. We understand that sometimes you may change your mind or encounter issues with your purchase. This policy outlines our guidelines for refunds within a 14-day period from the date of delivery of the product  & exchange/ store credit within a 30-day period from the date of delivery of the product.

 

1. Eligibility for Exchange or Refund:

 

1.1. To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the following conditions must be met:

     - The item(s) must be purchased directly from ImperioB.com

     - The item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and labels attached.

     - The item(s) must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

 

2. Exchange:

 

2.1. If you wish to exchange your purchased item(s) for a different size, color, or style, please follow the steps below:

     - Contact our customer service team within 30 days of the original purchase date to initiate the exchange process.

     - Provide them with the details of your purchase, including the order number and item(s) you wish to exchange.

     - Our customer service team will guide you through the exchange process, including providing you with a return shipping label.

     - Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their eligibility, we will process the exchange and ship the new item(s) to you.

 

2.2. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item(s) are not available, we will offer you the store credit as an alternative.

 

3. Refund:

 

3.1. If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange, please follow the steps below:

     - Contact our customer service team within 14 days of the original purchase date to initiate the refund process.

     - Provide them with the details of your purchase, including the order number and item(s) you wish to return.

     - Our customer service team will guide you through the return process, including providing you with a return shipping label.

     - Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their eligibility, we will process the refund using the original payment method.

 

3.2. Please note that the original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for any return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

 

4. Exceptions:

 

4.1. The following items are not eligible for exchange or refund unless they are defective:

     - Undergarments (including lingerie, swimwear bottoms, and socks) for hygiene purposes.

     - Custom-made or personalized items.

     - Items purchased during clearance sales or promotional events explicitly marked as final sale.

 

5. Processing Time:

 

5.1. We aim to process all exchanges and refunds as quickly as possible. However, please allow up to 7 days from the date we receive the returned item(s) for us to complete the process.

7. Policy Modifications:

 

7.1. Please note that removing the tag or using the item will render it ineligible for exchange or refund.
